& W Motorsports is owned and operated by Dan Woods.
Dan is an avid race fan car guy. Whether it’s racing
in the desert, road racing, street rods or a muscle
car going down the street, it will always get his utmost
attention. But Drag racing has always been the first
love. Doing a little street racing and bracket racing
successfully in 1971 through 1975, one of the cars he
campaigned is still talked about to this day. The most
recent project is the 1968 Mustang GT that was featured
in Mustangs and Fords magazine; track time is in the
plans this year for this show winner.
Professionally Dan has been in
the quality field in several different types of manufacturing
companies, where he got experience with all different
types of metals and machined parts. With this experience
quality and workmanship is definitely on the agenda
at D & W Motorsports.

picture featured above is Dan’s 1968 Mustang GT fastback
which was featured in Mustangs and Fords magazine and
photographed for Mustangs Illistrated. It was also chosen
to be on display at the York US 30 Musclecar Nationals
in York Pa in July of 2005. It not only turns a lot
of heads, it has won many national, local, class, and
popular choice awards. This car runs as good as it looks,
track time is in the plans this year for this show winner.
